I started on Deb and got most of experience there. But I keep going to Arch because multiple times I've had an Arch computer running problem free for so many years that I started to forget how to fix basic things on it. Currently loving my hyprland on wayland Arch. On Debian I usually do XFCE.

2nd, "no medical consensus on how best to treat" is precisely why it should be a case-by-case basis between doctors, and people - rather than being a matter of cookie cutter state enforcement, especially when you're attempting to force detransition and conversion therapies that are proven harmful.
