The material does/can contain toxins that can leach if not stored properly. Im not sure but its understood they cant operate in NC anymore because of it. And they maybe brought it here possibly with no EPA permits or council approval to change land use

They have no EPA transport or storage approvals, material is not stored properly, its on ground. 25,000 tonnes. Have been fined. But they havent stopped or had testing. Owner has processing machine. No council approval to use land 4 this business. @energex.bsky.social @urbanutilities.bsky.social

Ipswich council has an application for change of use land from res to waste management. Its not approved yet - owner has gone ahead and stored poss toxic nickel slag waste onto ground, leaching into environment. Potential metal processing in res area near school and sport ground. 81 Tantivy St

The applicant has links to New Caledonia and suspected bringing in waste product to process here with earth moving machinery they are linked to in business also. No care for council rules or law. The material is meant to be contained, its not, 25000 tonnes just sitting on the ground
