In retrospect, I'm not sure if it was the most efficient approach, but every hair motion has its own timing, in addition to all of the shooting stars and twinkles. This is part of what took me so long to remember how to do 🧠

All of this is frame by frame animation too, fwiw. Its just more elegant of a view than in procreate, where the layers are scrollable for pages and pages

Hirv snagged me for a custom commission! This is the first I've animated something in a VERY long time, and I can really feel my brain stretching out from it (in a good way!) This is what it looks like "behind the scenes"
