I think my favorite little detail is how the lil guy gets all charred and scuffed up when he takes too much damage. That’s a nice touch.
It’s also really interesting how the camera can dynamically zoom in or out depending on the scene. I’m curious to see what that means for the level design.

I have conquered Metroid Prime 4!
That game was... okay. I like it when it's trying to be a Metroid Prime game, I don't like it so much when it's trying to be Call of Duty. I can see why some people love it, but I personally don't.
People are gonna be talking about this one for a loooooong time.

Alrighty, done with Mega Man Legends
I think this is a great game! It definitely shows its age in a few key places, but I think the strengths are enough to make up for that. The characters are incredibly charming and well-animated and it manages to be fun despite all the PS1 jank.
I give it a 6/7

Been playing through the original Mega Man Legends lately (mostly to give myself something to do before Metroid Prime 4 comes out).
I am now a Tron Bonne truther. Legends stans, I get it now.

PC update: Apparently what I was *supposed* to do was open the thing up (there's a glass pane on the side held on with some magnets) to remove the packing material inside the machine.
Where were the instructions for this? In a little baggie. Inside the computer.

Well I spent $2500 on a new top-of-the-line PC and it shows up and it makes really scary sounds when I go to boot it up. Grand.
Love PC gaming. Never had any problems with it in my life.

Gotta say, if you can get past the very first non-tutorial battle (and get to the shop), the rest of the game becomes MUCH more manageable. Nothing else comes close to that.
