No clue, but weirdly, I somehow managed to completely miss him the first time around. I should probably go back and catch up on those. (I mean, I was AWARE of him, of course, I just unintentionally avoided seeing all of his movies.)

Not judging, not mad. As far as I’m concerned, both of those guys have earned the right to do whatever the fuck they want. I’m mostly just curious if it’s coincidence or if there’s something else at work.

If that’s the case, do you think it’s them looking for a payday, or is that what they need to do to get studio backing right now? I have a hard time believing Aronofsky and Anderson would have to go begging for money at this point, which kind of suggests the former.
