Couple of days in St Andrews. Played Torrance and Kittocks, absolutely stunning courses.

Squats this morning. I’ve a knackered knee but more through high rep stuff, so strapped it and aimed for horizontal depth rather than full depth to keep pressure off knee tendon. 140kg for one here.

New family member 😊 had a horse before but had time off and decided it was time again. He’s fairly young (6) but settled in pretty well and seems quite chilled. #equestrian #horse
