Yeah, it’s definitely doable. You can separate the lower jaw in the print and use elastic or a hinge-style system similar to foam builds.
With TPU the main thing is having a solid anchor point so the movement stays controlled and doesn’t over-flex. It’s all about balancing flexibility with structure
