The moral of the story is: We shouldn't try to take 5 factors & reduce them to 1 or 2, then jump to a conclusion. What we need to do as individuals & society is take the 5 factors and expand our analysis to include the 20 factors at play. Moving from simplicity to complexity not the other way around

Correlation doesn't = causation: if a school shooter did it because they were bullied at school for being overweight, wearing glass, having a stutter & they also grew up in an abusive household but you ignore all of that & instead assume its bc they vote Dem or GOP or have a certain kind of genitals
November 28, 2025 at 1:20 PM
In today's social & political discourse people tend to only consider 5 variables in their thinking & they ignore/discount the rest.
1) are they a liberal or conservative?
2) are they male or female?
3) are they gay or straight?
4) are they white or non white?
5) are they christian or non christian?

The moral of the story is if there are 20 factors that led up to a situtation, or determined/contributed to an outcome and you only consider 1-3 of them in your data, statistics, explanation or analysis, your conclusions/causes/effects will almost always be false, incomplete, inaccurate, misleading.

Univariable analysis: (are they a man or woman, who did they vote for?)
Multivariable analysis: their upbringing x economic status x age x mental health x recent traumatic event x political climate x media consumpstion x social status x geopolitical landscape x local/national economy x drugs/alcohol
November 28, 2025 at 12:42 PM
Examples: if a School shooter is trans (correlation) assuming that trans ideology caused the shooting, if the bomber voted Republican (correlation) assuming the GOP ordered the hit. If a victim of violence is gay, assuming sexuality was the motive, if A killer is muslim, blaming islam for the death.

Because guilt by association and fear of guilt by association are such powerful weapons of social control, political influence, and manipulation of the court of public opinion, people have started to use this same flawed logic to also assume false causations in science & fact based analysis as well.
November 28, 2025 at 12:03 PM
Aside from being kind & respectful to others, I think people in 2026 need to learn that 'correlation does not equal causation'. Meaning just bc a connection exists between 2 things, doesn't mean that 1 thing caused the other to happen. This fallacy of causation is destroying critical thinking/nuance

"Between the dreaming mind and real truth. I cannot understand you."
" 'T is because. You lean over my meaning's edge, and feel A dizziness of the things I have not said.” - The Soul of Time by Trumbull Stickney

In other words as long as 2 ppl can debate about abortion, race, religion, gender, how to spend tax money, where to build the hospital, or how to treat addiction from their soul they're fine. But if the convo is just gonna be 2 egos fighting with each other, both should just keep their mouths shut😆☮️

The new Social Movement I'd like to start is a consciousness expansion Paradigm shift. The goal is for each person to self reflect, self regulate, self monitor, self transform so that all Social Activism and Political Action comes from/done from our heart/soul/conscience, not our ego/persona/shadow.
November 26, 2025 at 6:56 PM
The more people but away their tribal social identities and the amount of consciousness and emotional energy they invest in them, the more they meet each other at a real authentic human place. Not at the persona level, not at the ego level, not at the shadow level, but at the soul level of the self.

The reason I'm going in depth is because this tactic is also used against homeless people, drug addicts, people on welfare, food stamps, social/rent control housing, Unemployement benefits. It frames Taxpayers as the "real" victims and paints poor people as the villains "justifying" cuts to services
November 26, 2025 at 6:24 PM
You would find Alberta Bandura's theory of Moral Disengagement and Sykes and Matza's theory of Neutralization techniques. This reframe of child benefits, SNAP, and other benefits meets the criteria. Blaming/discrediting victims & reversing the morality to make perpetrators look like the real victims

Identity Politics and Left vs Right Culture wars are just one massive ego trip that blinds people to truth and reality. They stop humanity from evolving and moving forward into higher planes of consciousness, more productive forms of social organization, and institutional structural functionalism.🇨🇦🇺🇸

If you're busy "being a man" then you alienate yourself from the 4 billion women and vice versa. If you're busy "Being a victim" then you alienate yourself from the power/ability & confidence in you. If you're busy "being right/winning" you alienate yourself from the magic, beauty & mystery of life.
November 26, 2025 at 3:20 PM
But that is the point, you'lll never know who you truly are as long as you're blinded by labels like man, woman, black, white, Liberal, conservative, prolife, prochoice, Dem, Rep As long as you define yourself as a member of a group & conform to that group, you'll never know your true authentic self
November 26, 2025 at 2:57 PM
I call it The tactic multiply by absurdity: a person takes a rational logical premise & then multiplies it by an irrational absurd premise to generate an absurd conclusion. The person then falsely attributes the absurd conclusion to their opponents to discredit\make them appear insane/unstable wrong
November 26, 2025 at 1:27 PM
So as I said earlier the 15% on the Far Right and the 15% on the Far Left are both irrational, unstable, uncompromising, and do all of the provoking and retaliating. So its up to the 70% in the center (35% mod liberals & 35% mod conservatives) to take over Culture War Mahjong and play it properly.

Taking down the corrupt system of Global Billionaires, Power Structures & Monopolies that are running the world is Level 33 Culture War Mahjong, and Canada and the US are still stuck on Level 1 Identity Politics. So we have a long way to go as individuals & as a society if we want to win the game.😆
November 25, 2025 at 5:15 PM
You see because once we Beat Level 2 of Culture War Mahjong which is building affordable housing, food security, mental health, addictions, crime reduction, we get to level 3 as a country which is growing our economy, increasing GDP, improving cost of living, quality of life/delivery of services.🇨🇦🇺🇸
November 25, 2025 at 5:07 PM
Ironically Mahjong means "little sparrows" in chinese and the culture wars started on twitter in 2014 with a bunch of tweets that got all of the birds to attack each other and divide into radicalized polarized groups instead of work together as a team to progress the country and evolve society. 🇨🇦🇺🇸🇬🇧
November 25, 2025 at 4:44 PM
The point is bc Liberals & Conservatives are all on the same team playing the game together, they can either both win or both lose, one can't beat the other, because thats not how the game works. This is where our enemies use the divide & conquer strategy (culture wars) to makes us all lose the game
November 25, 2025 at 4:27 PM
So once we get all of the men vs women, black vs white, gay vs straight, pro life vs pro choice, trad wifes vs only fans, alphas vs betas, sexists vs feminists, cis vs trans tiles off of the board
We beat level 1 move on to level 2 which is building housing/hospitals, feeding homeless, mental health
