Hey y'all, I know a lot of us are struggling, but I want to put it out there - last year I had a life saving surgery that had me destroy half my retirement fund. Now that taxes have been filed, I owe a 10% penalty on that money that I needed to not die. I'm struggling to get a payment plan (cont.)

Being a manger is certainly a different perspective, a lot more have to take into account for when someone does something and takes forever and have to then dedicate half an hour to make sure it wasn’t them just talking off clients ear or milking the clock lol. Different feeling for sure.
