I recommend finding some of The Mods that give you different classes and doing a play through. That's what I did.And to make it a bit more of a challenge, just because i've noticed on different playthroughs, you can get access to different spells.Quicker go to a harder difficult

Depends on the existing model tbh.
If the topology,UVs,rig are clean, adding stuff is usually cheaper. But if the base is messy, you’ll often spend more time fixing old problems than just starting fresh. In my experience, solid base = modify, otherwise scratch is cleaner longterm......
