I agree that we need to work on messaging. Schumer is certainly not up to the task. Neither is Jeffries. No amount of messaging will overcome a lack of empathy, though. Some people can be swayed by the right information, and I support that, but we can do nothing about sociopaths.

They don't have to be on X. That, too, is a choice. Despite the propaganda, they can and do bark when Trump's policies hurt them. They just don't care when it hurts others. That's an empathy problem more than an information problem.

Maybe. I just have trouble understanding people who have had every opportunity to change but actively choose hate. Many of them were around before the propaganda became so prevalent. I can understand Gen Z MAGA a lot better than I can Gen X or Boomer MAGA.

They are also grown adults. I grew up in the same environment that they did. In my early 20s, I voted Republican no matter what because Democrats were "evil," but when I started noticing the harm that my vote was causing, I researched and learned. Staying ignorant is a choice.

It wasn't just MAGA. So many independent and liberal voters didn't want to vote for Harris because she wasn't everything that they wanted, so they either voted 3rd party, which was another vote for Trump, or stayed home, helping Trump win. They are just as guilty as MAGAts!

It already is, and most of them acknowledge it. The problem is that they'd rather live in filth and enjoy the persecution and harm of the groups that they hate than live a comfortable life but have to see people who they hate live the same way.

The problem is that most people wouldn't even notice. Society has become numb to his extreme and destructive behavior. As a country, we no longer react to his dangerous behavior.

The sooner people realize that they want we who are sick and disabled dead, the better off we will be. They want people of color, migrants, LGBTQ+, sick and disabled, and anyone who is too old to work and feed the corporate machine dead, and that's the truth!

These people are evil, narcissistic, sociopaths, same as Trump. They can watch everyone around them suffer, starve, and die, and they don't care. Hell, they often cheer for a lot of it. They only care when they are personally affected, and even then, they only care about what affects them.

I don't feel sorry for them in the slightest. Trump nearly bankrupted them the last time, but they still overwhelmingly voted for him last year. Personally, I don't think that they should have gotten a bail out this time around.

This veteran never bought into their BS, and I know many more like me. There are still some active duty personnel who will resist, but I don't know if enough will.

The last Democratic administration should have done it, but they were corporate Democrats who lacked the vision, inclination, balls, or all three, to do it. Corporate Democrats have failed us for decades. AIPAC and other such groups own our government. 😥

I don't think that there will be a legitimate election for a very, very long time. This is no longer the country that I fought and took a bullet for 💔

I bet his cabinet facepalms every single time he says this! They know how incompetent it makes him look. I have no doubt that they have tried to get him to shut up and seem "normal", instead of invoking the 25th amendment, like they should have done a long time ago.
