The only issue I have with the UX is that for some reason they have you pushing up to see playback process where every other streamer uses down. The menus and such are about as good as any of the others.

In the home user space, gaming is holding it back. It’s getting better thanks to the steam deck, but it’s still not as plug and play as Windows.

They actually realised that they could get more data by putting their offers behind an already existing loyalty card. There was no downside for them as all the systems were already in place and a considerable upside.
