Agreed - we have an incompetent hate filled press that are deliberately ignoring the real story in the Epstein files and links to Bannon, Thiel, Crypto, Farrage etc in UK,

If Badenock was a serious leader she would also booted out at same time Truss and a few others showing potential disloyalty to completed the spring clean. The key to the future is the 'competence' question promising one thing and delivering the opposite - one which is for many too difficult to face.

Agree with what you are saying the top affects the bottom - trying to calculate whether it impacts a large or small number of properties, before it feeds down the property chain.

Impact on property market - How many £5m and £2m properties in the market and what numbers are sold - is it a significant number of buyers and sellers who are affected at top end of chain?
