Seeing a smaller number of them step out into the road blocking the path. Daryl was not too concerned, it were only 10 of them and that's not too hard to deal with. He looked back at Maggie hinting that he was going to take them on. "This should be fun. Ready?" said while taking a combat stance.

As they both set off heading to the place that was on the map, keeping an eye open for walkers or other humans that might be out there. Daryl seems to be a little on edge after his last encounter with that horde. Keeping a low profile as they travel to not draw attention from possible threats.

He was changing out a bad sparkplug before finishing up with what he was doing, nodding at Maggie agreed to tag along with her. "Sure thing but so you know I just ran into a wondering horde on the way back. We probably should go around, take the other route."

"Just for a ride around town, and I have a few places I want to search for weapons is all. This abandoned military camp caught my eye when I was by myself out here last time."
