I’ve rejected the idea that forgiveness/atonement requires death. Jesus forgives because he wants to, he loves us. I don’t think it’s supposed to be transactional

I think about this a lot. Grace covers a lot of sin, which is why I think a lot of Christians who fail to love their neighbors a lot of the time will still see Jesus in the afterlife. But I have a hard time believing non-believers who love their neighbor go to hell while evil believers get a pass.

I just don’t understand…. It’s not how pizzas supposed to be!
