My favourite Regency romance is Lady Elizabeth's Comet by Sheila Simonson. Have also enjoyed books by Elizabeth Mansfield and Barbara Metzer. I'd also recommend Sarah Donati's historical romances, though they're not Regency era: They're set in colonial and late 19th to early 20th century America.
