I use AI for this _all the time_
1. No ads (unlike every recipe on the internet)
2. No math to double/halve a recipe
3. Deep explanations of technique
4. Can detect mistakes in the recipe, such as unrealistic ratios.
But I don't need a platform for it because ChatGPT is sufficient.

This reminds me of the "video games will never be art" debate from two decades back, or the "comics will never be art" debate before that. If history is any guide, this take will be proven wrong within a few decades.
