One thing that's changing for us, is the range of organisations using the tool to assess how they're doing and make plans. Increasingly, the tool's being used by commercial organisations (including big well-known brands), large public bodies, charities large and small, and everything in between.

Donald is a co-founder of the social enterprise Reach Society, which aims to encourage and inspire Black boys and young Black men to realise their potential through mentorship, careers and networking programmes.

Donald is an Associate Professor of Immunology, who carried out post-doctoral work at Cancer Research UK and Imperial College, London. His research involves the identification of cell ‘markers’, which can help us learn about how the body protects itself from diseases such as cancer and infections.
