I’m sure they will have more changes to be made but like others said this is one that they can immediately remedy. Bungie is communicative to a fault and they are communicating as things are addressed instead of going quiet for a week and then addressing multiple things at once.

Yikes that's a insane amount per day creative output wise. I'm hoping for the sake of those who are still back at that company that the switch to only 2 major releases a year will cancel things out and keep the workload from increasing because I have no idea how one avoids burnout otherwise.

That's so lame. You should always treat your peers with respect even if they get laid off. Like, let's be real these layoffs are entirely arbitrary and made by out of touch executives. Those who don't show kindness when they are doing well will struggle extra hard when misfortune hits them.
