Teddy had surgery today to remove her lipomas. They successfully removed 3 of the 4. The last one was very hard and stuck to her ribs and they said it would do more harm to forcefully remove it than to leave it be. But hopefully she'll feel better soon

my latest pet peeve is when in ebooks where the author has passed away, it opens up with an introduction written about their life by someone i've never even heard of. i guess it's fairly easy to skip but if i wanted to read someone's life story i'd read a biography can you just give me the story pls

I haven't been very active online lately even though I do lurk every day, and I think it's because I've increasingly got the feeling that I can only post "content" instead of my own thoughts and stuff like that, which feels a bit silly. Maybe I can get a bit of a fresh start here.
