To this end a reminder. If you were not going to buy it before the sale kicked in, you did not save money, you spent it.
Example, wanted a new VR headset for months, decided to buy post election and they put it $400 off. I saved that $400 since I was going to buy it anyway.

We also have to consider the limitations of the time. That N64 cartridge did not grant a lot of space for assets.
For example Banjo and Clanker use the same sound file for talking, Clankers is just a slowed down Banjo voice line.

For me it’s more that it’s a “not right now, maybe later” good.
I think at least one was a “let’s play together” buy and now that person does not exist to me anymore.

I think I have 10 games in there I have never touched. They look good, seem interesting but I guess it’s onto the 27th Subnautica play through.
