A screenshot from a twitter account: Short version for people like me: Trans Broken Arm Syndrome is a term used for when a trans person goes to a doctor for an issue, such as a broken arm, and the doctor asks them a bunch of questions about their trans identity. The trans person is like, "I'm here for a broken arm! Stop treating me differently!" The counter is that first, trans treatment involves hormone therapy, and hormones affect everything to include bone density. Second, there's no such thing as a trans person; the doctor is in an office with a crazy person. He has a right to know how much danger he is in, if any. Third, whatever is causing gender dysphoria could be tied to the issue, again, because hormones affect everything.
