My father used to take me fishing on the Delaware when I was a kid. I remember him telling me stories about how sections of it were basically dead due to chemical dumping and runoff and it had actually recovered once it was stopped. Tragic that these lessons never seem to stick.

I’d bet there’s a grift in there for him somewhere.
