My favorite part for today: this is the Kindergarten readiness class. We have some retired teachers that do lunch w/ them to teach skills. They all showed up today to support their lunch companions!2/2 #BeUMC

Oberammergau has its passion play. Assisi has the OG nativity but #PeachtreeCorners has #WalkThroughBethlehem. Almost 2,000 folks so far and tomorrow night still to come #Christmas #xmas #Atl #BeUMC

My church, like many, does a “Walk Through Bethlehem”… kind of a live nativity on steroids and interactive. Ours is next weekend but construction was today. I love how every year there’s a different way to try to square the circle #BeUMC #Advent #Christmas #PTC #PeachtreeCorners

I was like 5 or 6 & my aunt went to UK for a study abroad… something unfathomable in rural Alabama in the 70’s. This keychain was my souvenir from her to me. Over 40 yrs later, this is one of my treasures bc it represents the beginning of travel capturing my imagination.
