They just closed I-40 Westbound from Winslow and 87 South. We are now a parking lot and will fill up with big rigs as the night progresses. It's a good thing there are two big truck stops here. Too bad the third won't be completed until summer.

This was breakfast again... I just wish 3 eggs cost me 75 cents or less at home and not a buck fifty. Also I may have overstated the cooking time. It was closer to 60 to 80 seconds.
Speaking of eggs, I've been making a microwave cheat for soft boiled eggs. Melt a pat of butter in a bowl (10 to 15 seconds) swirl it around to coat the bowl most of the way up the sides.

61 mph winds here in Winslow today. Try standing on a corner in that! She may try to slow down for a look, but she's gonna accelerate every time she pushes in the clutch!
