Grew up listening to The Kingston Trio, Ramsey Lewis, Traffic, Joe Cocker and the Allman Brothers. Reminding you to deadlift.
Listen to the podcast where he breaks down the elements of the federal assault statute and tells the story of his 1st case.

I’ll take the assessment of the successful federal prosecutor explaining the federal statute over Bluesky rando.

And you know he’s not MAGA.

Their precision & technique is praiseworthy too.

Thank you.

If you read Andy’s piece and listen to his podcast on the subject he explains in clear language even you can understand how this is open & shut assault.

And he retells his very 1st case in SDNY: assault against a federal LE officer.

Of course you’ll avoid anything which discomfits your priors.

The agent was engaged in his official duties. He broke no laws.

Renee Good committed multiple offenses, including 2 clear counts of assault.

People who commit violent offenses often perish as a consequence.

Play a stupid game win a stupid prize. Her compatriots did not, thus they lived.

I didn’t vote for Trump.

She did not in fact have a legal right to obstruct federal law enforcement. The moment she put her car in drive she committed assault against both officers.

Renee Good got dead the old fashioned way: she *earned* it.

You mean the ICE agents carrying out their lawful duties? If Renee Good was interested in calm why was she obstructing federal law enforcement? Does that sound like someone with a peaceful nature?

Renee Good got dead the old fashioned way: she *earned* it.

So what are your specific objections to his piece? I mean, with a vocabulary like that you must have a giant brain which can destroy Andy's argument. You must be 30 IQ points smarter than the guy who spent a couple decades as a fed prosecutor in the SDNY office. You must know the law better than he.
January 12, 2026 at 2:54 AM
He's a federal law enforcement officer actually engaged in his job of enforcing federal law. Renee Good placed herself in his way to obstruct said enforcement.

Renee Good got dead the old fashioned way: she *earned* it.

Then it's awfully fortunate then Ms Good suffered no constitutional violation.
January 12, 2026 at 2:50 AM
You are aware aren't you Andy was a fed prosecutor in the SDNY office and prosecuted the Blind Sheikh case?

And the very first case he was handed soon after joining SDNY was a case of assault against a federal officer, one not too dissimilar to this very incident? Did you read the piece?

China just needs to plan harder, right?
January 12, 2026 at 1:27 AM
The victims were the two feds she committed assault upon.

That kid attends a school with a focus on “social justice”. He’s already being indoctrinated on what to think.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

She was part of an organized effort to obstruct federal law enforcement. She made the conscious decision to place herself in harm’s way.

I think as honest Michigan fans we must admit the main reason Ohio State did not advance yesterday is because they did not face a team from the SoftEC.

I’ve long thought Cristobal the Chauncey Gardiner of cfb coaches.

In fact I think pre-Eck there have been some examples of MAC teams pounding Idaho. Seem to recall Fleck-era WMU giving the Vandals a beating.

This is one of the subjects where I think my wife's contention that I'm "on the spectrum" might hold some water.

If I construct a full paragraph odds are good I will have to reorder the sentences before hitting Send. Been that way all my life.

He’s talking about Trump attaching his name to places people *respect*.
