Lors de l'échec du lanceur indien PSLV, la capsule de l'espagnole Orbital Paradigm a envoyé des données, restée attachée à l'étage supérieur. La capsule a subi un angle bien plus raide que ce que la mission nominale avait prévu (environ -20º au lieu de -5º).
