One reason billionaires, and the ultra wealthy in general, shouldn't exist is because no one has ever achieved anything so independently as to merit that much individual reward.
That level of wealth is only reached by having support that was either taken for granted or exploited.

A core premise of capitalism is that good ideas will be rewarded.
Which leads to a core flaw, which is the belief that if you're being rewarded, you must have done something good.
