I just hope his plan is not to gradually escalate the provocations worldwide until the Epstein Files aren't anyone's primary concern.

It could be true, or he could have hacked it the traditional way (by spending money on it in ways that don't technically break the campaign finance laws.. if you have a good enough lawyer)

He probably can't find the funds for this, even WITH him selling off the rubble from the former wing.
But that's fine; if he doesn't start it until he leaves office, he will just keep the money and it will be the taxpayer's problem.

My understanding is that he doesn't know what it will cost (yet) because he keeps sending the architects away demanding it be bigger and have more gold decor.
