Parent of 2, pro overthinker, player of D&D, printer of 3D terrain, community librarian of a Terrain Library, sorter of Lego, fan of Marvel, Star Wars, and Tolkien, person with sleep apnea & afib, while an Irish/welsh expat/immigrant in AONZ.

Happy with the fog and lighting effects! They're working well, easy to transport, set up, use, and charge. Nice. Working so well across the graves. Looking forward to having local storytellers and DMs using these. www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxkX...
Low fog and lights for the D&D Terrain Library
Having fun tinkering with the lights and fog to add atmospheric options for the Terrain Library. Hope local DMs are keen.

Initial testing is good. At lowest fog & fan setting, with a dry ice/fog soup effect attachment. Tried timer settings, and liking 15s on and 30s off, for keeping this space well covered. Will need to adjust for larger spaces and more folk moving around a game table. Noisy and leaves some residue.

Finishing this selection of stone trove cliff & monolith pieces this week, with just two more lengthy prints to go. If I can keep the printer working 😅
For the love of D&D.

Any of you have experience with any of these handheld fog machines?
• Ulanzi handheld fog machine
• MicroFogger pro 5
• Lensgo fog machine smoke b
• Smoke ninja

Looking to add atmospheric touches to some tabletop (D&D) games. Lighting will likely be next.

Not sure if this is a place to share mutterings and discuss tabletop / D&D game terrain, Lego, or 3D printing... or if it's more of a professional expectation. 🫤
