#Virtuosity had a few things going for it, though not the laughable 90's cgi. Peter Gabriel's 'Party Man' playing over the credits had me in the room after every show. On slow days I'd tell the usher to skip that house so I could dance around in peace (didn't mind the cleaning) #filmsky #musicsky

Don't really have a whole bunch of #small to work with for today's #blueskyartshow, had to go all the way back to a previous life. Some display Starship Enterprises for some happy ants, and a few Blair Witch paperclips.. #filmsky
Paramount commissioned a few artists to dress up some alt Enterprise models, this one in all yellow with hot rod flames on the nacelles and a big smiley on the saucer section :) A scale Enterprise from the reboot, part of a lobby display from an Arclight (now bankrupt lol) back in '09. One from the wayback machine, a few paperclips folded into little stick-figure Blair Witch charms. Gotta keep busy on the weekdays somehow.

Assignment was to build a binary to decimal converter, and the prof refused to grade mine. Accused me of cheating in front of the whole class.

Wasn't until a few assignments later that he realized he'd effed up, but by then my whole semester was soured 🤮

Got attacked here by a functionally illiterate history prof yesterday, was reminded of the last time a professional educator mistook me for "other people".

Was accused of cheating on a project, for the crime of knowing #msexcel ahead of time. #college #lol #homework #backtoschool
A binary to decimal converter, I had some fun with it because why not. Calculation was masked by decorative elements, extra screen details were masked or locked down. (short use clip in next post) Recorded a pair of macros to steer users away from screen clicks to keyboard entry, and one to clear/reset the form. Nothing too complex really, but it lit a fire under the prof, to prove I was a fraud. He failed..

And dunno how they localize it to state lines, but my understanding is that the form derives from a California law, so all these folks (default is on) get a piece of God knows how many users, just for rummaging thru gifs. And users would never know 😱
