Trump doesn’t want to ‘turn the temperature down’. This creates and fuels the narrative > Democrat States and Cities = bad > lawless places > send in more ICE > Democrat States and Cities really bad > invoke Insurrection Act > arrest, arm and suspend mid terms in those states.
