Comparing a hoodie to a chef is not convincing. After a certain price point, that is still a potato with butter and some fancy poofs of garnish. Paying 50 bucks for it doesn't make it worth it. Likewise the clothing. The tiny label or logo is adding 3 or 5 times to the price, not the value.
