I don't know what I was expecting from the Gein mini series but it went off the fucking rails

Being a Murphy production it was full of sex scenes that didn't inform the narrative, it made an evil monster seem like a sympathetic victim struggling with schizophrenia, and rehashed a Mindhunter episode
