My orthopedist just told me my ongoing issues stem not from my original injury but from a weak posterior chain because I’ve been treating myself too timidly and told me I need to start squatting again… maybe you all SHOULD be afraid idk

Had one session with a physical therapist to address some ongoing range of motion issues in my left hamstring following a herniated disc in 2020 but pretty sure he just undid years’ worth of healing bc it’s painful
to a level it hasn’t been since 2021 and I was pain free before the appt
