Before #crypto became big, I never listened to technical analysts. Unfortunately, due to the predominantly speculative nature of crypto, technical analysis has become the leading narrative of the street. This needs to change

The adhoc lowering of tariffs shows the lack of a nat’l emergency caused by exports to the US. Only if Supreme Court is braindamaged can they argue in favor of a bypassing of Congress who has the sole power to impose global tariffs as a means to generate national revenue

While US treasury bills are bought ~30% by foreign investors, afaik there is no public data what the geographic sources of onramp to US$ stablecoins are. My guess is its reverse: ~70% of stablecoins in circulation if not more originate from fiat currencies outside of the US.

In a way yesterdays‘ market crash was a good stress test for coins which are based on pure speculation. Tariffs, arbitrary and clueless geopolitical leadership will continue to cause disruptions further. There is a reason why #Buffet sold equity & holds $300b in cash
