6th circuit criticized the complaint for only containing collective conclusory allegations which didn’t show any of the 10 defendants plausibly manufactured the specific PFAS compounds found in the lead class plaintiff’s blood stream.

100% agree. We have done ham for several years other than 2020 where it was just the four of us because of Covid and we ate steak instead.

I think the only time I have ever seen Skip Bayless on TV and not wished he wasn't on was his bits during the 30 for 30 episode on SMU cheating in the 1980s.
