Just a guy out here trying to figure out how to make the world a better place. Especially through stories and videos.
Hey I certainly wasn’t around so I’ll have to take your word for it! I would think it fairly expected for generations to finger point to their predecessors during their rebellious and socially-awakening ages but like I said I wasn’t there, so maybe Gen X was especially conscious and grand after all.

how things have worked and will. Which I also agree with.
Obviously every generation alters from previous ones and obviously within generations there are factions. It was a generalized discussion so I used generalized language within a character count. I definitely appreciate your perspective.

Agreement 1: I too would not recommend ascribing wisdom to anyone in socials.
Agreement 2: world changes and so does each generation. But as a general rule yes every group of youth think they live in especially grand times. And older generations think the younger ones don’t have the context to know

I get that, but I think Gen X wanted comfort and happiness for their family and expected those in power to work towards that same goal. They may have communicated that at school instead of online and in lecture halls instead of through memes, but Gen-Z wants the same. My personal opinion.

Completely agree. Most people actually look to these influencers as doing what they simply are not willing to do and being disappointed that it’s the most presently available way to earn the lifestyle our grandparents had. A 9 hour workday, a house for two kids, and two vacations a year. That’s all.

Personally I don’t think it’s necessarily that Gen-Z (eldest millennial here) think this time is unique in history. In fact quite the opposite. It’s the knowledge that this is just part of a cyclical system. The generational dread is what we’re seeing. And every generation thinks like Gen-Z does.

Democrats need to go back to the basics. Point out how fucked up everything is and let them know you’re one of them. Make sure people FEEL you care. It’s more important than knowing you know how to fix it. #politics #democrats #republicans #progress

Stop with the tenured celebrity posts. Stop with pushing social campaigns through into the only thing that unites us (entertainment) and for the love of god ask a question every now and then. Trump asks dozens of rhetorical questions in every speech even if he doesn’t actually care.

Getting EVERYTHING they want. The people in all positions, the majority in every arm of government, and remind the public of everything they promised during their campaign. Democrats have long had the better policy plans, but they cannot stop shooting themselves in the foot by knowing that fact.

People are so tired of the democrats telling them to wait, hope, change, organize, and be better. They bought it in 08 and saw nothing change. The left is trying to convince the right it would be EVEN WORSE if the right got their way. Well, over the next four years we should make it clear they’re

I guess more of what I was asking was whether people voted for him thinking, “ten percent tariffs and mass deportation will put money back in my pocket” or if they more thought, “I don’t know how he’ll do it but I know he cares more than democrats.” Dems lost the emotional battle in the election.

I definitely agree he didn’t have many actual policies to present, but he definitely had some consistent ideological agendas that he would tell to garner support. I’ve been trying to figure out if the people had a side by side comparison of what exactly each candidate was running on or not.

From your perspective do you think Trump won more from majority support of his policies, or maybe majority ignorance of his policies and plans? Huge fan of your music and work outside rap 🙏🏽
