Yes, starts off like a middling period drama, threatens to become a really good vampire film and then becomes an average action movie. I don't get the hype at all

It's easy no? If the first person to touch the ball following a throw in is in the opposition box (so you can still throw it back to your defenders) then play stops and a foul throw.

You could charge people at change of ownership time as well. So if the two year old car is sold, when the v45 or whatever is updated, you send a bill for the mileage to the original owner.
