Ikea has always had great customer service for me.
Once, while putting together a cabinet, my cat scooted off with a screw that was never seen again. 5 minutes on Ikea's website and I had a replacement screw in 3 days for free.

It only sends what you say to it, after the wake word. I understand some won't like this, but I don't have a problem with it -- especially if it helps improve the service.
It's my understanding that Siri and Google operate in a very similar manner.

That's 20 years of helping people become better in Excel, Word, and so many other applications. 20 years of VBA and SQL coding. 20 years of troubleshooting and the occasional BSOD.
