I’ve had some of the best available employer health insurance for years and I still have to pick my specialist from a list of providers that my insurance company approves or pay out of pocket. There is no free market in health care.

The Atlantic lost its credibility in less time than it took me to cancel my subscription - not so much because I’ve become “mean”, but more because your viewpoint is skewed to support rising fascism and oligarchy.
