The new "cheaper" Tesla cars don't have any kind of radio in them. No AM, no FM. You shouldn't buy cars from fascists anyway, but car radios are often becoming many peoples last broadcast receiver.

I happened to have a spare Mac so now I can archive Computer Chronicles tapes even faster with my new Dedicated Digitization Station.

You can't please everyone. If you upload 60p, people complain that it looks weird on their Obscure Media Player.

30p is a more universal standard, and since some inserted segments are either telecined or already 30p, you'd have to do frame doubling, or VFR.

Not that I wish to defend Google, LLMs, or AI in general, but Gemini has a "verify this" function which takes what it has said and tries to find verifiable sources on the web.

You do have to trigger it manually though. It doesn't happen automatically.

There's nothing wrong with flying your flag as an act of patriotism. But the people doing this on poles they don't own (and which are not flagpoles), aren't patriotic, they're nationalistic. They're not celebrating their country, they're advertising their hate of others.
