Querying is stressful enough without juggling dozens of notes, tabs, and reminders.

My Query Tracker Spreadsheet pulls it all into one place: your top prospects, your current stages, and which queries are ready for closure, all updated automatically.

Good luck out there my friends

Not all agents are equal

My Query Tracker Spreadsheet ranks agents using 3 custom ratings
⭐ Deals – How active they are in making sales
⭐ Genre – How well their track record fits yours
⭐ Vibe – Your personal preference

The average score shows you who to prioritize and why

One of the fastest ways to get an auto-reject is querying more than one agent at the same agency.

The Tracker Spreadsheet helps you avoid this mistake automatically by flagging agents at same agency.

No matter how organized you are the query trenches are chaotic but this will help you organize some of the mess

The Tracker Spreadsheet has a built-in stage menu so you always know where you are in the process, plus it automatically flags queries that have timed out at 8 weeks with no response.

I built a free Query Tracker Spreadsheet to help you stay organized and avoid mistakes.

It flags duplicate agents, tracks your progress, and gives you a clear picture of where you stand at every step.

Stole the concept from atomic habits. Find something that u can use as a physical counter. 🫘 were easiest for me

Every time I make a revision I move a 🫘

It’s way to tell your brain “hey look you made some progress” and you can easily reference how much you’ve accomplished by looking at your beans

Unconventional Editing Tip:

For every revision move a bean 🫘

Today I’ve earned 10 beans…

Genius or insanity, I’ll let you decide
