The most likely explanation is some people are looking for engagement (maybe not even in bad faith) and some other people are being gullible. If you want to 4d chess this with no evidence that’s what group chats are for.

Yeah there's a lot that just stack up....it maybe that the list has been polluted and there could be real ICE officers on there, but it's offline right now, so who knows
