The Settlement Capacity Audit underestimates residential capacity by between 2,500 and 3,000 units, omitting 3 sites (Blanchardstown, Santry) with full permission (1511 units) and Kellystown (1000 to 1500 units) where the Council will seek approval this year for the access road

In the reconsideration of my appeal, the applicant produced a detailed demolition justification report. I welcome that and ask the Commission to apply expert analysis to it. I also ask ACP to require pedestrian permeability by condition, and to refuse the additional road again. davidhealy.com?p=1899
