I’ll always remember his game winning basket in the inaugural Sea Bears game. Just out worked the defender for the rebound and second chance points.
The way he played basketball embodied Winnipeg. Never the flashiest but it would be difficult to find a harder working guy out there.

Chad Posthumus is a big loss for Winnipeg basketball. Not just for his leadership on (and off) the court for the Sea Bears, but for his investment in basketball at the lower levels here in his hometown. Condolences to his family.
