There was a comment I saw earlier that observed the atomization inherent in driving certain folks to join these terrorizing forces was showing others what community can do, and reading your comment, I also think this emerging solidarity terrifies those would-be terrorizers.

Last month I tried using sourdough starter instead of active dry yeast to make Icelandic brown bread and it worked wonderfully.

Also: when we are so bogged down in the endless grind of "getting through the week" I think not having time to make things for fun is such a huge loss.
