I disagree

I define "ideology" there as any system of belief (and associated practices) that has proliferated because it advantages one group of people at the expense of others. Or, in short, any system of belief with the proper function (think Millikan here) of promoting oppression.

I have been arguing for the last decade or so that Trump does indeed have an ideology, as defined in my book Making Monsters: The Uncanny Power of Dehumanization.
