The best part of NCTE is finding ARCs of books no one has heard about yet. At the Macmillan booth, I grabbed a copy of The House That No One Sees by Adina King. I was lucky—it was by far the most popular get, and there were only a couple copies left when I got mine.

One of my fave plotting methods is the Sticky Note method that I learned at a workshop taught by David Macinnis Gill. I've used it for every novel that sold & now there's a craft book about it! I've tweaked the method to work for me (a pantster), but I swear by it! www.stickynoteplot.com/snpbp
