#Autocorrect is yet another mind-popping collection of short stories by #EtgarKeret. Exploring our era from totally novel points of view, leaping in and out of time and reality, but always concise, incisive, irreverent and funny. Highly recommended! Follow him on substack: etgarkeret.substack.com

Has anyone else noticed that Ahmed al-Sharaa, the president of Syria is actually John Turturro? Or is it just me?

A superb collection of Black Mirror-esque short stories! Dystopian futures – embodied tech, climate disasters, deadly video games – imagined in ways both terrifying and wholly believable, and beautifully crafted. #universallove #alexanderweinstein

Recently finished reading the wonderful tome. 100 (not all!) of #RayBradbury’s short stories, published between 1947 and 2001. What a joy! From small-town America to Mars, from re-imagined literary heroes to banshees in rural Ireland. Imagination, compassion, the funnies. Human nature warts and all.

Watched Hitchcock's Rebecca with the young 'uns. They laughed a lot, thought it was very amusing. #differenttimes

Rented one of these recently, birthday treat for the wife who had fond memories of their old family car. I say ‘had’ because: racket, draughty, no power steering, shift down gears to brake… I was exhausted after twenty minutes. Different times. Lovely on a postcard, though!

#shecametome What a rare breath of fresh air this film is! No guns, drug barons, murders, gore, or gratuitous cruelty, just stellar acting, brilliant screenwriting and a moving story with hilarious twists. Loved it!
